Kiko Rock Attraction Bronzer

Kiko Makeup Milano (often cited simply as Kiko) are an Italian cosmetics brand I have been admiring for some time now. They have the most stunning visuals on their website; full of images that make you instantly crave the products that the beautiful models are wearing. Their SS14 Boulevard Rock limited edition range of bronzers and blushers are so incredibly stunning that I could not help but finally cave and buy my first Kiko product - the Rock Attraction bronzer
Kiko Rock Attraction Bronzer.
Such amazing detail.
Inspired by the London music scene, the outer packaging and sturdy casing is reminiscent of grunge-glamour denims under fluorescent lights. The product itself is a gorgeously detailed zip embossed bronzer which feels like velvet when swatched. It's luxurious and professional appearance does not match the slightly higher than high-street pricetag. This bronzer is available in two shades - 01 Steady Honey and 02 Loud Tan.
The zip embossment is the detail that draws you in to want to know more.
I chose the lightest of the two, Steady Honey, a sheer, blendable product which can be used to bronze up the skin as well as a light contour. It is the perfect shade for spring, just before the summer tans start to emerge again as it gives such a radiant, yet subtle glow to the cheeks. This is the perfect bronzer for brides with a pale skin tone who want to look fresh and discreetly dewy on their big day.
As well as the Kiko Rock Attraction 'Steady Honey' bronzer, I am also wearing Illamasqua 'Rude' cream blush and MUA 'Shimmer Highlighter' from the Undress Your Skin range.
Kiko Rock Attraction bronzer retails for £15.90 on their website, but for that price you get 12g of product and a mirror within the compact. Personally, I bought mine from eBay and was able to talk the seller down to £8 so shop around to see if you can get a better deal. Even for £15.90, it is worth it to own something which not only gives such an alluring glistening glow, but also provides a historical reflection on the neo-grunge meets beach beauty appeal of this generation.

Available via Kiko online and  at Westfield
