In a world focused on consumerism and with pressure on people to buy the latest and greatest in cosmetics, fashion and technology, I believe it is necessary to remind ourselves of what we have in order to be appreciative, content and happy without the desire or preoccupation to accumulate more goods. For me, this is make-up (plus furniture, books and DVDs).
